Good interpretation starts with clean audio.

Use this practical checklist before a meeting or event. The strongest translation engine still depends on a clear source signal.

Audio

Choose the closest clean source.

For a person speaking near the laptop, the built-in microphone may be sufficient. For a venue, use a dedicated microphone or a feed from the room's audio mixer through a compatible interface.

Avoid playing a video through room speakers and recapturing it from across the room whenever a direct audio path is available.

Display

Separate controls from captions.

Keep NusaIQ controls on the operator laptop. Move the Live Translation window to the projector, television, or HDMI-connected display, then enter full screen.

For personal devices, display the QR code where participants can scan it before the speaker begins.

Preflight

Six checks before going live.

Connect the microphone or venue audio interface before opening NusaIQ.
Select Find audio inputs, approve microphone access once, then choose the intended source.
Run a short language and volume test from the speaker's actual position.
Open the Live Translation window and move it to the projector or second display.
Start a QR audience session only after the input and output languages are confirmed.
Keep the operator laptop connected to stable power and internet throughout the session.
